You might be surprised to learn that Earth Design Joyce is a one-person agency. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder. However, for specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, I collaborate with partner designers.

We offers great flexibility for requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly submit requests directly via Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video if they prefer not to write out their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s acceptable.

Typical requests are delivered within 48 hours on average, including items such as a brand concept, landing page, or a collection of social templates. For larger requests, you can expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire project is complete.

Due to the high quality of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we will continue to refine your designs until you are completely satisfied.

Most requests are designed using Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.

Once you're subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like, and they will be completed and delivered one at a time.

We understand that you might not have enough design work to fill an entire month, and you may only have one or two requests at the moment. That's why the option to pause your subscription can be very useful.

Great question! To begin with, hiring a full-time senior-level designer now costs over $100,000 annually, plus benefits, and finding one who's available can be challenging. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them occupied, which means you're paying for time that isn't being utilized. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, so you only pay for the designer's services when you have work for them.

At Earth Design Joyce, we specialize in sustainable design and brands. While we focus on these areas, we do not cover every type of design work. If your project falls outside our specialty, we’ll be happy to recommend other professionals who can meet your needs.

On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.

For larger projects, such as full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX work, and similar tasks, we break them down into manageable parts. You can expect to receive a steady stream of deliverables every 24-48 hours until the entire project is completed.
